Ingredients:

8 Jalapeno Peppers- halved and seeded

6 Tablespoons Original Plant-Based Cream Cheese

6 Tablespoons Spicy Queso

1 Tablespoon Cultured Butter

.

1 oz Panko Bread Crumbs**

1 Teaspoon Nutritional Yeast

1/4 Teaspoon Salt

Method:

1.Preheat the oven to 400F

2. Cut peppers lengthways (pro tip: wash your hands, burning eyeballs is never fun)

3. Spritz with olive oil and lay on a baking sheet

4. Combine original and spicy queso cream cheese in a bowl. For a more classic, less spicy mix, omit the Spicy Queso and use 3/4 cup of Original Plant-Based Cream Cheese

5. Get stuffing those peppers

6. Melt vegan butter and mix into panko crumbs/crushed chips and salt

7. I like to toast the crumby mix on the stovetop, but that’s optional

8. Give each lil’ pepper a sprinkling

9. Bake for 15 minutes, then switch to broil for 2-3 minutes

10. Let them cool

10. Share with spicy homies! 8 is a lot of heat but if you can handle it solo, we ain’t the boss of you.

** Crushed tortilla chips can be used for a gluten-free option**
